Be part of something really special with your family this Christmas at Johnstown Castle. On this traditional experience, every child will receive a gift from Santa Claus and there will be seasonal photo opportunities in the Castle – so don’t forget to bring your camera! Pre-Booking Essential!




  • Children - €18.00 per child
  • Adults - €10.00pp
  • Infants under 1 Year – free


A booking fee of €1.95 will be added to each booking


In the booking process, Santa will require the following information:

  • Child's name
  • Child's age at time of visit, not at the time of booking
  • Gender
  • Something special Santa should know about your child in less than 20 words


  • Each paid ticket includes a free hot chocolate voucher for children & a free hot beverage voucher for adults in our cafe.
  • Each child will get to choose their gift from a selection.
  • If you wish to receive a gift for an infant please purchase a child ticket.
  • The confirmation email on your mobile phone. 
  • If you prefer, a paper copy of the voucher can be printed by clicking the link on your confirmation email.

  • Tickets for this event are non-refundable and not for re-sale by third parties.
  • Please take careful note of your date and time booked, as your event is a while away and it's easy to forget or mix up dates.
  • Please be aware that if you miss your time or day we may not be able to accommodate you at an alternative time.

Changes to a Service

In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary at times to change the details or itinerary of the event or of a Booking. The Company reserves the right to make reasonable alterations to any Booking made. In that event the Company will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
